Preparation - Prepare as follows, Rinse first, soak for 2 hrs, then cook 2 parts water to 1 part grain, simmer a suggested time of 45 minutes 


*Quinoa is a good source of protein, fiber, iron, copper, thiamine and vitamin B6, also an excellent source of magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and folate 

*Wild rice is a good source of fibre, potassium and zinc,  is gluten-free and
